Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required for all returns.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at support@bababux.com with your order details and reason for return.
You will receive return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
